Kindermusik® by Susan About the instructors: The Director, Susan Henning, holds a B.S. in Music from Illinois State University and has taught Kindermusik since 1999. She is a Maestro level instructor, owning one of the top 5% largest Kindermusik studios in the world. Susan is a faculty member at the College of Lake County, where she teaches "Music Activities for Young Children" to prospective early childhood educators. In addition, Susan is the Senior High Choir Director at the First Presbyterian Church of Libertyville. Music has always been a vital part of Julie Brouton’s life. She has worked with children in a volunteer capacity through church and community theatre since she was in high school, and has recently started working on earning her certificate in Early Childhood Education. Kindermusik allows her to meld her love for children and her passion for music into a career. Julie hopes to share the joy that music brings to h own life and to open up creative possibilities for young children and their families.
